Common questions
Does the pendant need WiFi?
No. It connects over cellular, the same way a cell phone does, so it works anywhere there's coverage — not just at home.
Is there an extra fee for the app?
No. It's included free with the On the Go and Complete plans, since both include the GPS pendant.
Is tracking someone without asking them okay?
We built this for families who've talked it through together — for a spouse or parent who wants the safety net, not for tracking someone without their knowledge. Consent matters, and in some places it's a legal requirement, not just good practice.
