Is there an equipment fee?
No. The device is included in your monthly price on every plan. You won't see a separate charge for it at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
Call us and it's canceled — no fee, no contract to buy out. We'll send a prepaid label to return the device.
Do you accept insurance or Medicare?
Some Medicare Advantage plans reimburse part of the monthly cost. We can't bill insurance directly, but we'll give you what you need to file for reimbursement.
